Meet Luke Agius (aka Lulu' Session Musician), early-years educator and professional musician, who’ll be leading an engaging parent and child music session at YAY HALF DAY.

With experience conducting music workshops both locally and abroad, Luke brings energy, creativity and plenty of interactive fun to his session at Minden Grove, giving kids the chance to explore music in a way that’s playful, exciting and confidence-building.

We’re VERY excited for this one… and fully expecting at least one child to ask their parents for a full drum kit afterwards 🫣

Paint, smooth stones... and proud faces saying LOOK WHAT I MADE!

Meet teacher and creative Nicole Mifsud Lombardi, who’ll be leading the Stone Painting session at YAY HALF DAY, happening on the 16th June 2026 at 16:30 in the little spot of heaven that is Ġnien Victor Calvagna in Mosta.

With a background in graphical communication and a passion for arts and crafts, Nicole’s session will give kids and parents the chance to explore colours, patterns and creativity together while creating something special to take home.

A calm moment to BREATHE, move and simply enjoy time together 😌

Meet Gabriella Farrugia Cassar, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and certified kids and prenatal yoga instructor, who’ll be leading our Parent & Child Yoga session at YAY HALF DAY.

Blending gentle movement, mindfulness and connection, Gabriella creates a nurturing space where both parents and kids can slow down, bond and just BE PRESENT… which can feel quite rare in everyday life.

The June school half-days are coming… but so is YAY HALF DAY!

Because between “What are we doing today?” and “I’m boooored”, summer afternoons can feel VERY LONG when you’re juggling work, chores, snack requests and energetic little humans.

This June we're collaborating with Project Green to bring you FREE bi-weekly outdoor meetups centred around movement, creativity and relaxed family time designed especially for young children and their parents. Think story-telling, music, yoga, drama, crafts and plenty of space to play, connect and unwind together.

The best part? We get to discover four lovely parks managed by Project Green - Sant’ Antnin Family Park, Minden Grove, Ġnien Victor Calvagna and Ġnien Fuq il-Glażiż.
