Il-biċċa l-kbira tal-adulti għandhom bżonn bejn 7 u 9 sigħat ta’ irqad ta’ kwalità kull lejl, iżda ħafna nies aċċettaw li jħossuhom għajjenin bħala parti normali mill-ħajja.
Jekk qed tgħix b’uġigħ kroniku, fibromyalgia, ansjetà jew għeja persistenti, it-titjib tal-irqad jista’ jkun wieħed mill-aktar passi importanti biex ittejjeb saħħtek.
