We are happy to welcome out new teacher Pamela to the team and her very special classes – SOM Therapy (Sound of Movement) and Mindful Stretching! 🙏💫

Pamela grew up in an artistic environment, full of aliveness and love, which has definitely inspired her journey!

But specifically Sound therapy and Piogonak shamanic techniques were opening a universe of ancestral wisdom 🧘‍♀️

What is SOM Therapy?

It is a conscious system that helps us to explore our possibilities at the moment to achieve a better understanding of the connections between body, mind, and soul 🙏

Singing, chanting, specific sounds frequencies and dancing are all the resources to unleash powerful healing potential in us ❤️

What is Mindful Stretching?

It is directed and guided work that combines conscious stretching, posture improvement, balance, resistance, and flexibility through relaxation.
