This Sunday we celebrate International Yoga Day.

For me, yoga has never been about perfect poses.

It has been about showing up.

Showing up on sunny mornings.
Showing up when the wind is strong.
Showing up when life feels heavy.

Over the years, hundreds of people have joined me on this beach to move, breathe, laugh, stretch, find balance and simply enjoy a moment by the sea.

This Sunday's class will be a special celebration of that journey.

Everyone is welcome.

Bring a mat, bring a friend, and let's share a beautiful morning together.

Some opportunities arrive quietly.

A few years ago, I was simply trying to become a better therapist.

Since then, massage has taken me to competitions, championships, new friendships, and continuous learning.

Today I am honoured to accept the role of Vice President for the 2026 World Massage Championship in Lecce, Italy.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
