It’s finally here and everything is now finalized! ☺️
A Retreat to Rest, Nourish & Reconnect

📍 Italy • Spring 2027
This time we’re taking things back to nature with an authentic farm stay surrounded by acres of beautiful land in the Abruzzo National Park region. 🌿🐴

We’ll enjoy fresh, locally sourced food, peaceful surroundings and a real taste of Italian farm life. The town of Sora is also nearby for anything we may need during our stay.

📅 21st – 25th May 2027 | 4 nights
📍 Abruzzo, Italy – National Park Region
💶 Approx. €650–€700 per person

Included:
🏡 Accommodation
🍝 Full-board meals (beverages excluded)
🧘‍♀️ Yoga sessions

Not Included:
✈️ Flights to Rome – direct Ryanair flights approx. €80
🚐 Transport from Rome – approx. 2-hour drive
🐴 Optional activities
✨ Activities & Highlights

This retreat will be a little different from our previous ones, with more connection to horses, nature and farm life. Activities can include horse riding, Lake Posta Fibreno, and exploring Vallone Gole del Lacerno, with its beautiful gorge and waterfall. 💦🌿

Transport options by private van or bus, together with flight details, will be shared closer to the date.

⚠️ Spaces are limited and a deposit will be required to secure your place.

I’ll attach some photos and videos so you can get a feel for the farm, surroundings and what ROOTED will be all about. 🤎🌿
