If you’re craving a bit of movement or stillness during the festivities, the studio will be open during this holiday week for a few sessions to help you stay moving and mindful as we head into 2026.
Our holiday schedule offers a nourishing mix of Pilates, Yoga, and Sound — whether you feel like moving your body, softening into stillness, or deeply resting your nervous system 🤍
