Just a reminder of today’s standing acro workshop with Brianna and Daniel: we start at 5pm in Sliema playground and finish at 7.30pm. It’s gonna be a fun workshop with some old and new standing poses so even if you’ve done standing acro before there will be something new for you for sure 🤩🤸🏽‍♀️

Remember to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water for yourself. See you later in the playground!

Do you believe in past lives? I recently discovered I’ve been a samurai in many of my previous lives. So when Niko coincidentally forgot his samurai sword to the studio we had to play around with it a little with David 😄🤺
