⚠️ Due to an issue with our Melita provider, we are currently experiencing internet connectivity issues.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved.

Update: All services have now been restored. We want to say a big thank you to our fantastic team of fibre techs and the coordination team. Thank you and thank you to our customers for your patience and understanding.

Update 5 pm: Over 75% of homes are now back online and 90% of mobile sites. The severity of the damages coupled up with extreme heat during the day made repairs more complex.

Update 3 pm: Our services have started to be restored gradually and will keep you updated when all services have been restored.

Update 12.55 pm: Our technical teams are still on-site making repairs and we expect services to start being restored gradually by 3:00 PM. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are currently experiencing a service outage in the South of the island due to a damaged fibre cable caused by third parties. Our technical team is there right now working to fix the issue.

Please remember that calls to 112 (fire, ambulance, police) are designed to work from mobiles throughout any service interruption.
