This patient was suffering from neck pain for the last 10 years' and diagnosed cervicogenic headache with symptoms of vertigo' visual disturbance' dizzines 'nausea ' vomiting ' neck stiffness and neck painfull and limited movements' and she took 10 physiotherapy sessions from kestrel medical centre and now she is feeling 100 % better.
