Mary FON SING
After graduating from the University of Melbourne, Mary has worked in physiotherapy private
clinics in Melbourne and London.
From her experience working with Australian Volleyball State teams and Commonwealth Games,
Mary’s physiotherapy interests include holistic assessment, diagnosis and management of
conditions including:
- post operative conditions, including ACL-reconstructions (knee ligament) and frozen shoulders
- repetitive stress injuries, such as tennis elbow, patellar and achilles tendinopathies
- sports injuries, biomechanical observation, education and correction of biomechanical faults
- running assessments for competitive and casual runners
- pelvic floor, abdominal and core training, breathing awareness, postural and ergonomic
modification and education
- Women’s Health Physiotherapy screening and support
- Clinical Pilates for pre and post natal mothers
- Clinical Pilates, Strength and Conditioning program in conjunction with physiotherapy-medical
management to improve biomechanical efficiency and performance
Qualified as a Physiotherapist Ante-Postnatal APPI and DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor, Mary also
offers patient education, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise regime, taping, management of
back problems, dysfunctions and posture in her physiotherapy programs.
Mary’s main sports interests include:

- mixed martial arts and self defence
