Yesterday, I had the privilege of conducting a free medical checkup for senior citizens at Rivière Sèche Social Welfare Centre. Seeing their gratitude and hearing their stories reminded me how much a small act of kindness can mean. 💙

A big thank you to the organizers, fellow volunteers, and everyone who came out. Let's keep looking out for one another.
