Access to medicines depends on more than manufacturing and distribution.

As part of Aspen Global's Project Management Office, Sylvia Mola Wiechers manages end-to-end projects, with a focus on manufacturing site transfers and new packaging introductions across the EU and MENA regions.

From developing project plans and coordinating stakeholders to managing risks and ensuring smooth operational handovers, her work keeps critical initiatives on track while supporting business continuity.

What her work makes possible is confidence. Confidence that projects are delivered successfully. Confidence that transitions happen without disruption. Confidence that medicines continue to reach the markets and patients who rely on them.

Because behind every medicine that reaches a patient safely is a network of people working together to keep healthcare moving forward. 🤝

As we look back on our Nelson Mandela Day Blood Donation Drive, we are reminded that even simple acts of generosity can have a big impact 🤝.

Our colleagues came together to donate blood and help support patients in need, demonstrating the compassion and care that continue to shape our culture and our commitment to the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this initiative possible. Behind every unit of blood, there is hope for someone who needs it most 🙌.

Today is , where we celebrate the curiosity and contributions of our younger team members 🙌!

Divya Ramkurrun, Treasury Accountant at Aspen Global Incorporated, started with us early in her career and quickly found her footing. According to her, "success in finance involves combining strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate and embrace new technologies."

As a Governance and Compliance Analyst within Aspen Global's Digitalisation & Technology team, 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗹 helps ensure that regulated systems remain compliant, validated and inspection-ready throughout their lifecycle.

From supporting computer system validation activities and governance reviews to assessing IT changes and preparing for audits and inspections, his work helps embed compliance into processes from the very beginning.

What his work makes possible is confidence. Confidence that critical systems meet regulatory requirements. Confidence that quality standards are maintained. Confidence that teams can operate in a compliant and controlled environment.

Because behind every compliant medicine is a network of systems that must be trusted long before the medicine reaches a patient 🙌.
