:🇲🇺 Every September, 25 million people across 190 countries take part in World Cleanup Day — the world's largest civic environmental movement.
This year, that spirit comes to Mauritius at national scale. Dozens of organisations, hundreds of hands, one country choosing to show up — together. 💪🏼
👉🏼 And this year, Mauritius does something no island has done before: the world's first National Impact Report of its kind — every bag converted to verified CO2-eq, showing the real impact of segregation and recycling, not just a guess. 🗑️ ♻️ 📈
Every participant who signs up at a public site also receives an official certificate. 📝
One island. NINE Public sites. One day.
Mauritius Cleanup Day 2026 isn't one event. It's dozens of private ones running alongside the public ones, happening at once, across the whole country.
