Throwback | Advancing Aesthetic Medicine Through Global Collaboration ✨
Throwback to an enriching 3-day Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine and Nano Fat Grafting, held at Aegle Group of Hospitals in collaboration with PMC, Dubaï, under the academic guidance of the Canadian Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine.
Led by Professor Dr. Joseph Thomas, an internationally recognised trainer in aesthetic medicine, the programme combined evidence-based learning with practical clinical experience.
The 3-day programme took place at Aegle Group of Hospitals, bringing together healthcare professionals across the globe for an immersive fellowship combining scientific learning with practical clinical experience.
A dedicated session on Cosmetic and Reconstructive Gynaecology, delivered by Dr Sheeba Shanaz, offered participants valuable insights into this rapidly evolving subspecialty. The session explored contemporary techniques, clinical applications, and the growing role of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures in enhancing women's health and quality of life.
A memorable experience that strengthened clinical skills, encouraged knowledge sharing, and reflected Aegle's continued commitment to bringing internationally recognised medical education and advanced healthcare training to Mauritius.
The fellowship concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Participation by Dr. Teenushka Issarsing, CEO of Aegle Group, recognising the successful completion of the programme.
