Global Rainbow Foundation in partnership with EnAble India (NGO based in Bangalore, India which specializes in Employability for Persons with Disabilities), introduced 'The employability program' in Mauritius. This program, operating since April 2019, has been established to train and find jobs for persons with disabilities through a unique approach of adapting mindsets for employment along wit

h skills/capacity building. With this aim, the GRF employability program provides a dual service to both persons with disability with the expected outcome of building economic independence and dignity as well as to Companies and organisations to promote inclusion in forms of various available workshops and support programs.
