These are the moments that reminds me why I love what I do. Beyond the summit of Corp de Garde, it is about creating that confidence one step at a time and walking back realising we are capable of more than we imagine.

Some first-time hikers arrive a little nervous…
New trail, new people, unknown adventure.

And then something beautiful happens.

After the walk, we reach the water.
The group sits quietly for a moment.
Someone slowly lies back on the surface…

For a few seconds there is hesitation.
Then the body relaxes.
The water holds them
One by one they start floating gently
Closing the eyes
Feeling the cool water carry them and realizing that for a few minutes…
There is nothing to do, nowhere to rush

Just breathe
Just float
