As we enter a new healing journey for the collective, we have an opportunity to notice how unhealed wounds that affect our self-worth and our capacity to love and value ourselves also shape our ability to express ourselves genuinely, as deep down we may not believe our expression is valuable.

Leo season will inspire us to put ourselves out there more, trust our creative impulses, and commit to engaging with life as a participant, not as only as an observer: this is an invitation to move from the sidelines to center stage.

Nature always provided the perfect mirror.

On July 1st, a friend and I were talking about how much courage it takes to grow. We spoke about how the seed spends so much time in the quiet darkness, enduring the shifting earth and the storms, slowly pushing upward until it can finally stand powerful and complete in the sun.
