Yesterday not only did we talk about boundaries and checking up on ourselves we also checked the progress of our SMART goals of the month March, most of our goals are business goals 🔥 as the conversation got interesting one of my peers narrated this nkhani: "anthu kumudziku amagula mapoto pangongole at a very high place yet mapoto ngati omwewa kumsika akugulitsadwa mocheaper"

she continued "koma basi kumangotengeka anthufe especially tikakolora we usually have enough food koma kukabwera malonda we usually end up taking them on loan in the end we sell chimanga chakudya kuti tithane ndingongolezo and suffer ndinjala"

Now you see? how we can't approach Enterprenuership without mental awareness? written SMART goals helps you to stay grounded and true to yourself, and learning to unprogetically say no to things you are not ready and comfortable with saves you alot.

These women now are mentally empowered they will never fall into this trap again and all the stress, depression that comes with it.

I am glad to see them starting to realise that sometimes it's not about lacking mpamba okwanira but being mentally aware of the day to day decisions we make in life🔥

If you are aged 18-35 and based in Mponela or no someone especially around Kasangadzi, Soko and Makwani village your'are welcome to register with me by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to this number 099 327 2209. For free mental health awareness and Enterprenuership Trainings.

As women and girls, our hands are often so busy making sure everyone else is fine that we forget to check if we are fine. We carry so many unresolved issues in our minds, and when we don’t deal with them, they don't just disappear—they turn into burnout. This is why we sometimes find ourselves feeling like 'nagging,' angry, or unhappy sisters, wives, and friends. We aren't 'difficult'; we are just exhausted.

Today’s session is a reminder: You must check on yourself as much as you check on others. When you wake up, ask yourself, 'Ndadzuka bwanji?' In the afternoon, ask, 'Ndaswera bwanji?' And most importantly—be honest with your answer.

Remember, women are the pillars of our families and our community. But even the strongest pillar needs a solid foundation. If we don’t lay a good foundation for our own mental health, we will eventually collapse under the weight, or we won't have the strength left to protect the people we love. Taking care of your mind is not 'selfish'—it is part of building that strong foundation.

Lastly, let’s give ourselves permission to have boundaries. Learn to say 'no' without the weight of guilt. You don’t need to buy what everyone is buying or go where everyone is going just to fit in. Your peace is worth more than 'joining the crowd

The most ignored life aspect of life is the emotional part. We take care of our physical health, we buy clothes for our body, we take good care of our jobs, our relationships but we forget to take of our emotions yet when we are emotionally down our relationships suffer, work performance is affected even our physical health is affected in some way.

May we become aware of our emotions and know how to keep them in check and deal with them accordingly so that they do not affect our day to day functions.

Hey friends! I just created a new TikTok video that I want to share with you all! It's all about overcoming shyness and building confidence. As someone who's been there, done that, and got the t-shirt, I know how hard it can be to feel like you're not good enough or that you're stuck in a situation.

But here's a fact: you are enough! And I'm here to tell you that you have the power to change your mindset and unlock your full potential. In this video, I'm sharing some practical tips and strategies that have helped me and many others build confidence, overcome self-doubt, and shine in their own unique way.

Whether you're struggling with shyness, self-esteem issues, or just feeling stuck, I want you to know that you're not alone. We all go through ups and downs, and it's okay to ask for help or seek guidance. That's why I created this video - to share some of the insights and tools that have helped me and others navigate these challenges.

So, if you're feeling like you need a boost of confidence or just want to learn more about how to overcome shyness and build self-esteem, I invite you to watch my video! It's short, informative, and (hopefully) entertaining. Let me know what you think in the comments, and don't forget to share it with anyone who might benefit from it.

Let's do this, friends! Let's build each other up and shine our lights!

Words have a magical power. They can bring either the greatest happiness or deepest despair; they can transfer knowledge from teacher to student; words enable the orator to sway his audience and dictate its decisions. Words are capable of arousing the strongest emotions and prompting all men's actions." - Sigmund Freud

Let's mind how we speak, most of the times if not all the times it is not financial problems, the heartbreaks or health problems that cause people to practice self destructive behaviour like alcohol and drug abuse worse still committing su***de. It is how we speak about their situation that brings them to destruction.

Silence is golden when you have nothing good to say about someones problem(even if they caused the problems themselves) keep quite.
