Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Since I was a child, I’ve spent countless hours training, competing, falling, getting back up, and asking more from my body than a lot of people ever will. Some sports I pursued seriously, others simply for the joy of movement, adventure, and challenge. But all of them taught me the same lesson:
An active body is an incredible thing, but it comes at a cost.
I know what it’s like to live with sore muscles, overworked shoulders, tight hips, aching forearms, and the frustration of wanting to do what you love while your body is asking for help.
That experience is a big part of why I became a therapist.
I wanted to understand the body not only as an athlete, but also as someone who could help others recover, move better, and continue doing the things that make them feel alive.
Whether it’s kitesurfing, climbing, running, lifting, paddling, playing golf, dancing, or simply keeping up with the adventures you love, my goal is the same:
To help your body keep saying “yes” to the life you want to live.
BECAUSE RECOVERY ISNT ABOUT DOING LESS
It’s about making sure you can keep doing more of what makes you happy 💕✨🙌🏻
