Your health is an investment, not an expense.
And unfortunately, it’s one of those things we tend to take for granted when we have it.
It’s easy to question the money you spend on good food, acupuncture, supplements, therapy, a gym membership, or anything else that keeps you feeling good.
But have you ever thought about how expensive it is to feel like s**t?
How many dinners, trips, workouts, date nights, weekends, and random Tuesday afternoons have you only been half there for because you were exhausted, in pain, bloated, anxious, or just didn’t feel good?
How much work are you less productive for?
How many plans do you cancel?
How many hours do you spend researching symptoms, making appointments, trying to fix things, or lying on the couch wishing you had the energy to do literally anything else?
We’ll spend money on so many things to make our lives better while forgetting that feeling good enough to actually enjoy our lives is kind of the whole point.
Your health isn’t just another bill.
It’s an investment in how much of your life you actually get to participate and be present for.
