The necessity for people to feel loved is so strong that it may turn into attitude that can be taken by others as abuse. We can sometimes take the same relationship as two different sides from a coin, on the one side we have a person who is being aggressive, demanding and push for attention and care. On the other side, we have someone who will take and accept that abuse and aggression as long as they feel that they receive some kind of attention from their partner. Both of them are trying to feel loved and necessary for their partner until the final straw, and someone decides to pull back and set an emotional boundary and distance. The very same behaviors that initially made them feel wanted towards each other will now be the defining traits for separating. Sounds familiar.
Come talk about it.
