From Florida to VORA Dentistry ✈️🦷
This patient came to us with two main concerns: tooth pain and esthetics.
Clinically, she had deep cavities, some extending underneath the gum line. Her enamel was breaking down, which allowed cavities to progress faster into the dentin and closer to the nerve.
Her treatment required a comprehensive and personalized approach, including root canals, indirect pulp capping, crown lengthening gum surgery, removal of decay, and temporary PMMA restorations.
These PMMA teeth are not the final result. They are part of the healing and planning phase. We use them so the gums can heal properly, while also allowing the patient to “test drive” the shape, length, bite, and esthetics of her new smile before moving into the final restorations.
With the help of digital dentistry, facial photography, digital scans, and personalized smile design, we are able to plan each case around the patient’s health, function, and esthetic goals.
At VORA Dentistry, every smile is planned individually. Our goal is not only to improve the appearance of the smile, but to treat the biological foundation behind it.
A healthier smile starts with proper planning.
