Every smile has a story, and this one reminds us that healing is a journey guided by faith, patience, and hope.

We began this patient’s smile transformation in December 2025 with a comprehensive oral examination, periodontal evaluation, and a detailed professional dental cleaning.

Our patient traveled all the way from Redding, California, trusting us with his smile and his health. During his first visit, we removed an old metal filling, completed a core build-up, placed new composite fillings, and created a diagnostic wax-up so he could visualize the smile we were working toward. After seeing the possibilities, he confidently chose to begin his full treatment.

His treatment included a sinus lift, open flap debridement, tooth extractions with bone grafting, and dental implant placement. Before returning home, he received PMMA temporary crowns, allowing his implants to heal properly and giving his body the time it needed for successful osseointegration.

Throughout every step of this journey, we trusted God’s timing. Healing is never rushed, and we are grateful for His guidance, protection, and blessings over every procedure, every decision, and every milestone.

The patient returned in July 2026 for the next phase of his transformation. We performed new digital X-rays, a professional dental cleaning, and carefully evaluated the implants placed in December 2025. We removed the PMMA temporary crowns and were delighted to see excellent healing and healthy tissue. We then completed a 3D intraoral scan to begin the fabrication of his final zirconia crowns.

Today, we celebrate much more than a beautiful smile. We celebrate restored health, renewed confidence, and the blessing of seeing months of dedication come together. Watching our patients smile again is one of the greatest gifts God allows us to be part of, and we never take that privilege for granted.

To our wonderful patient, thank you for trusting us throughout this journey. We pray that God blesses you with many years of healthy smiles, and we wish you a safe trip home. We hope your wife loves your new smile as much as we do.

May God continue to bless you and your family, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We are getting everything ready.Wishing you a wonderful day and many blessings.

We first met this patient in November 2025. Treatment began with a comprehensive evaluation, including dental X-rays, a professional cleaning, and a digital wax-up smile design. We also initiated root canal therapy and removed old crowns that required replacement.

The treatment continued with build-ups to strengthen the teeth before crown placement. PMMA provisional crowns were fabricated and placed to allow proper adjustment of the patient’s bite and occlusion.

Additional procedures included gum grafting, tooth extraction, and bone grafting to create a healthy foundation for the final restorations.

In April 2026, we began the preparation of her permanent crowns after achieving significant improvements in her bite and overall dental function through the provisional phase.

It was truly a blessing to care for Mrs. Deborah and to earn her trust throughout this journey. Our goal was to help her achieve a healthy smile with beautiful, natural-looking results, and we are grateful to have been part of that transformation.

Thank you, Deborah, for trusting us with your dental health and allowing us to be part of your smile journey.

Healing smiles with his grace.

We began this case with a comprehensive examination in January 2024. A smile design prototype was created because our patient desired a full-mouth rehabilitation. We started by placing the implants, allowing sufficient time for proper osseointegration before proceeding with the restorative phase.

During treatment, old crowns were removed, build-ups were completed, and root canal therapies were performed as needed. In May 2025, we delivered PMMA provisional crowns, allowing the patient’s jaw and bite to adapt to the new smile design while providing adequate time before the preparation of the final restorations.

In May 2026, we began the preparation and placement of implant-supported crowns as well as permanent crowns on natural teeth.

We proudly delivered the final restoration on June 3rd and could not be happier with the outcome. Throughout the entire process, we strictly followed all clinical protocols and never rushed the healing or recovery periods, ensuring the best possible long-term result for our patient.

The patient demonstrated remarkable commitment and availability, traveling from Minnesota, USA, throughout the course of treatment. We are deeply grateful for the trust placed in our team and thankful to God for allowing us to fulfill our purpose through dentistry.

This case was completed through the collaborative efforts of our multidisciplinary team, including the periodontist, root canal specialist, and cosmetic doctor.

The patient will continue with routine maintenance appointments, including professional cleanings and examinations every six months, and has committed to proper oral hygiene practices, including daily flossing and correct brushing techniques.

Thank you, Steve and Jackie, for trusting us with your dental health and allowing us to be part of your smile transformation journey.

Healing smiles by his grace.

Being a dentist is more than a profession — it is a blessing and a purpose that God placed in our lives. Every patient we meet is an opportunity to serve, heal, and make a difference through the gifts and knowledge He allowed us to develop.

There is something truly special about helping people regain their smile, not only making it beautiful, but also healthy and full of life again. A smile can restore confidence, bring joy back into someone’s heart, and even change the way they see themselves.

We feel grateful to follow this beautiful path, where science, compassion, and faith come together to help others. Dentistry is not only about teeth; it is about caring for people, relieving pain, restoring health, and bringing light back into someone’s life one smile at a time.

Thank you, God, for allowing us to live our purpose through this wonderful career.

Our patient first visited our clinic last year to begin the process of dental implant rehabilitation. During the initial appointment, a comprehensive evaluation was performed, including clinical examination, panoramic radiographs, and a CT scan to assess bone density and determine the ideal conditions for implant placement.

Prior to traveling to Mexico, the patient underwent a professional dental cleaning in their home country. Upon examination at our clinic, the oral environment presented in excellent condition, free of plaque and calculus buildup, which contributed positively to the treatment planning and healing process.

Dental implants were successfully placed during the first visit. After implant surgery, a healing period of five months was recommended to allow proper osseointegration and stabilization of the implants within the bone.

Following the healing phase, the patient returned to continue the restorative stage of treatment and begin the fabrication process for porcelain crowns, aiming to restore function, esthetics, and oral health.

Treatment began in October 2025. The patient had dental implants placed in Iran; however, the dentures could not be completed or delivered because the patient was unable to return due to the war. The patient traveled from Redding, California, to see if we could work with that implant system.

A full evaluation was completed, including X-rays and a CT scan, which revealed that three lower implants were failing, infected, and had to be removed. Four new implants and bone grafting were completed here.

The patient’s upper implants were also placed in Iran with an angulation that made the fabrication of the snap-on denture more challenging. The patient spent an entire year unable to chew solid food and survived only on blended meals, which caused severe emotional and physical stress.

Today, after the placement of new implants, bone grafting, and upper and lower snap-on dentures, we are happy to say that the patient is finally able to chew solid food again, bringing an end to a very difficult journey for him. Thank you for trusting us with your dental health.

As dentists, we are blessed to do more than restore teeth. God placed us in this profession to restore confidence, hope, and sometimes even a part of the soul that has been forgotten.

Watching her smile again was not just a transformation of her mouth — it was the rebirth of her light. Seeing her soul shine once more reminded us why we do what we do.

We are grateful that God allowed our paths to cross and trusted us to be part of her healing journey.

An upper denture supported by 6 implants—often called an implant-supported overdenture or a fixed full-arch prosthesis (All-on-6)—is designed to restore a full set of upper teeth with much greater stability, function, and bone preservation than a traditional denture.

1. Stability and retention

Six implants act as anchors embedded in the maxillary bone.
• Prevents the denture from slipping or dropping
• Eliminates or reduces need for adhesives
• Improves confidence when speaking and eating

2. Improved chewing efficiency

Compared to conventional dentures:
• Significantly higher bite force
• Ability to chew tougher foods (meat, raw vegetables)
• More even load distribution across the arch

3. Bone preservation

Implants transmit functional load to the bone, which helps:
• Reduce alveolar bone resorption (bone shrinkage)
• Maintain facial structure and avoid “sunken” appearance

4. Comfort and reduced palatal coverage

Depending on the design:
• Many fixed options eliminate full palate coverage
• Less gag reflex and more natural taste perception

5. Longevity and durability
• Implants can last decades with proper maintenance
• The prosthetic teeth (acrylic or zirconia) may need periodic replacement or adjustment.

Fixed full-arch (All-on-6)
• Permanently screwed into implants
• Only removed by dentist
• Feels closest to natural teeth

Why 6 implants specifically?
• Provides better load distribution than 4 implants, especially in the upper jaw (which has softer bone than the lower jaw)
• Reduces risk of implant overload or prosthesis fracture
• Allows for a more rigid, stable prosthetic framework

Clinical considerations (important)
• Requires adequate bone volume or bone grafting/sinus lift in some cases
• Good oral hygiene is critical to avoid peri-implant disease
• Regular professional maintenance is essential
