Earlier this year we completed pre and post Bio-Well scans on 14 intermediate and advanced surfers in Nayarit, Mexico. Surfing sessions lasted a minimum of one hour with a mix of short and longboards. 93% of surfers reported a positive or neutral experience in the water.
The results were not surprising to me being an avid surfer, but they were fascinating, nonetheless.
🌊 Energy reserve improved or stayed at the ceiling in 100% of subjects
🌊 Resilience improved in 64% of subjects
🌊 64% of subjects sustained higher overall energy levels post surf
🌊 Stress decreased in 64% of subjects
🌊 Number of organ imbalances improved in 57% of subjects
🌊 Less hypofunctioning organs - 50% decrease in low/depleted organ states
🌊 More hyperfunctioning organs - 50% of subjects recorded an uptick in organ energy post surf
🌊 Nervous system balance better - 50% went from fight or flight dominance before surfing to a relaxed parasympathetic tone after surfing. Only 1 person (7%) recorded a shift the other way from relaxed to fight or flight after surfing.
🌊 6 out of 7 chakras showed positive net improvements, with the heart chakra showing the most dramatic increase. The heart and throat chakra alignment each improved significantly in over 71% of subjects after surfing.
This is preliminary data from round one; we’ll be continuing the study in 2027 in order to increase the sample size and statistical strength. Stay tuned for more!
