Transpersonal Psychology is the fifth school of psychology, which focuses on human potential rather than human dysfunction, honors the entire spectrum of human experience, and considers how we may foster the fulfillment of our highest human potential. Transpersonal psychology combines behavioral, cognitive, humanistic, and depth psychology, as well as Eastern and Western philosophy, mysticism, min

dfulness, ecopsychology and nature therapies, and cross-cultural spiritual traditions. I specialize in end-of-life support, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, women's psychology, dreams, creativity and innovation, Taoist inner arts, mindfulness and embodiment practices. I am an End-of-Life Doula trained with the International End-of-Life Doula Association (INELDA) and Doorway Into Light, honorary CareDoula, a certified Professional Dream Worker from the Marin Institute for Projective Dream Work, Archetypal and Cross-Cultural Psychology practitioner, trained with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Psychosynthesis therapist, Compassionate Inquiry practitioner, trained with Dr. Gabor Maté, Ordained Interfaith Minister, and Biomagnetism and Biodecoding therapist. I am co-founder and president of the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross (EKR) Foundation chapter in Central México, deputy director of education of the EKR Foundation Global, EOL Doula educator of INELDA, curriculum coordinator of the International Study program of the Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath, and Death, and Advisory Board member of A Beautiful Dying Expo. I facilitate a transpersonal process for individuals and groups, online and in person, to aid participants in better understanding their active embodiment of the creative process and the cycles of life-death-life. Creative embodiment considers conscious and unconscious self, personality, and experience as the raw material for the creative project that is our human existence. This process recognizes how creativity informs our lives through identifying our prime resources, uncovering and defining our potential, and manifesting our authentic self in order to live the most vibrant, joyful, and meaningful creative life until the end. This process incorporates embodiment practices, authentic movement, creative connection through expressive arts, sleep and waking dreams, applied imagination, reframing of personal narrative, and the transpersonal resonance of archetypes, myths, and symbols.

They, my dead, say, "finish it!" and, with pleasure, I must drop everything and comply.

Who would have thought, two months to birth a manuscript. Anything is possible with a little help from our (dead) friends.

In honor of my dead, your dead, our dead, all of the dead, and Michael Jackson.

"If you die before you die, you won't die when you die." A Greek saying, carved above the doors of monasteries on Mount Athos. As I pause from compulsive writing, this is what I read.

The saying offers a daily practice. Small endings arrive constantly. Letting these die clears space for what's actually here now. Underneath the discarded layers sits something older than any of them, something to remember rather than build. The awareness that watches these small deaths is the same awareness that will one day watch the body's death, already familiar with the process by the time it matters most. This is the thread connecting daily practice to the threshold: what I tend now becomes what meets me then.

This, and the people who taught me everything through their dying; their awareness meets me now. As I rest, it pierces through me, compassionately accompanied by my dog, Bolena. She's 15 years, 3 months, and 21 days old, and her body is showing me, telling me something.

As I rest from writing, this is what I rest with, and I restfully welcome it.

Something profound happens when women gather with the intention to create, listen deeply, and make space for what is trying to emerge. Away from urgency, productivity, and the constant demands of daily life, another rhythm becomes possible.

Ten days we shared quiet work sessions, conversations, meals, tears, laughter, walks by the ocean, creative breakthroughs, moments of uncertainty, and the courage it takes to stay in relationship with what matters most.

Creativity is not separate from healing, grief, imagination, devotion, transformation. Creativity asks for presence. It asks for honesty. It asks us to observe and listen.

Deep gratitude to every woman who brought her work, her questions, her discipline, her exhaustion, her vision, and her becoming into this shared space.

I return home feeling restored, inspired, and reminded that when we create in community, something larger than us begins to weave itself into being.

Four immersive days at sea, without ground or reference, just horizon, movement, and the quiet pull of the unknown. Entering the experience intentionally, as a lucid dream, curious and willfully unprepared, because are thresholds we can only step into.

Moments of discomfort and moments of awe. Guidance. The wind rising, the sky shifting, the ocean pulsing. Part of something greater, more alive and aware in its own way. Finding myself in it, moving through it, awake within the dream. Unfamiliarity, welcome disorientation, vastness, surrender.

I return more embodied and less attached. More honest with myself, more willing to meet what is here. With deeper compassion and a clearer devotion. Listening, exploring, honoring what unfolds at the edges of the known.

We are carried in ways we cannot predict, supported by something we cannot not fully grasp, invited to collaborate with unconditional trust.

Grateful for the weave of interconnectedness and meaning revealed while at at Sea .and.rain

Imagine yourself here. No competing demands. Just the beauty of nature, a supportive community, and the sustained cultivation of your creativity and inspiration.

Time. Time to breathe. Time to dream. Focused, uninterrupted, stretched-out time.
