6 months postoperative result of primary rhinoplasty. People always ask if there is a way to make a nose smaller avoiding an overly operated look.
This is a great example, we removed the dorsal hump. We also deproyected and rotated her nasal tip to make a good balance with her face. This is where expectations meets reality. Right now out patient is very happy with her outcome and it can be seen in every angle.

More than 3 months postoperative result in this primary rhinoplasty case.
A life changing outcome is always very satisfying to see. This was a very difficult case in which we used very advanced surgical techniques to be able to improve the defects and asymmetries caused by a history of a cleft lip. Absolute perfection is not what defines a good result, achieving an incredible change that improves aesthetics, function and satisfy our patients is what defines it for us

6 months postop of a primary rhinoplasty. A nose that requires just subtle changes is not easy. Being precise removing the defects without affecting other areas is usually difficult as well. In this case we remove the hump and stabilize a droopy tip. We maintain a very natural shape of the nose 👌🏼

6 months postop result of secondary rhinoplasty. This was a very difficult case in which she presented a saddle nose deformity after the first months of her primary rhinoplasty. This type of cases require advanced rhinoplasty maneuvers to correct the middle third of the nose. She also presented an uprotated nose which was corrected. Bringing back the natural Aesthetics of the nose is difficult, but we achieved it in this case 🫰🏻
