"One thing about me… I’m always going to keep it real with ya’ll.

I underwent VSG sx 6/13/2025 w/ HW was 230 lbs, sx weight was 222 lbs. Started exercising 3x week Sept of 2025. Started up with .fitness end of Oct 2025 going to the gym 5-6x/week. Stalled at 175 lbs in March 2026 — started Reta. Dropped another 30 lbs from March to July 2026. Currently weighing 142 lbs. Still working out 5-6x/week. Currently tapering off Reta. Trying to increase my calorie/protein intake. Weight loss is no longer the goal. Now I get to build 💪🏻 Do what you gotta do to better you! Outside chatter doesn’t matter…. It’s you vs you!"

“True story: I went to Mexico to get half my stomach removed 🇲🇽

Honestly, it was one of the BEST medical experiences I’ve ever had. BUT, I was smart about it. I love to travel & medical tourism gave me the opportunity that insurance denies me in the U.S.

Here’s what I did:

🌟 Register with the STEPS program for country alerts and let the embassy know you’re in Mexico.
🌟 Purchase travel insurance with medical. Mine included everything from lost luggage to bringing home my body.
