Dr. Ahmad Faiz holds an MBBS from Manipal and a Master of Medicine in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (MMed ORL-HNS) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

He provides care for a wide range of ear, nose, throat and head and neck conditions, including:

* Snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea
* Sinus conditions and allergies, including allergic rhinitis and sinusitis (with or without nasal polyps)
* Sore throat and tonsillitis
* Laryngopharyngeal reflux
* Nasal blockage, deviated septum, enlarged turbinates and nosebleeds
* Foreign bodies in the ear, nose and throat
* Nasopharyngeal carcinoma
* Dizziness and vestibular hypofunction
