这可不是随便配的哦～😊

中医讲究「辨证施治」，意思是每位妈妈的体质、生产方式，以及每周的恢复状况都不同，因此所需要的药材和调理方向也不一样。

例如：

🌿 气血两虚的妈妈，中医师可能会加入黄芪、当归等药材，帮助补气养血、恢复元气。

🌿 脾胃虚弱、消化吸收较差的妈妈，则会先调理脾胃，让身体能够更好地吸收营养。否则，即使进补再多，也可能出现上火、腹胀或吸收不佳的情况。

这也是为什么坐月子期间，「统一配方」的效果往往有限。

真正有效的产后调理，不是一锅汤从头喝到尾，而是根据身体每个阶段的恢复状况，循序渐进地调整药膳配方，让身体得到最适合的营养与照顾。

🩺 TCM Doctor's Advice: Why is every mother's confinement herbal soup at Nejlika different?

It's definitely not a random recipe. 😊

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), every treatment is based on "individualised diagnosis and care." Every mother has a unique body constitution, delivery experience, and recovery progress, so the herbs used should also be personalised.

For example:

🌿 Mothers with Qi and Blood deficiency may receive herbs such as Astragalus (Huang Qi) and Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui) to replenish energy and nourish the blood.

🌿 Mothers with a weaker digestive system may first receive herbs that strengthen the spleen and stomach before moving on to nourishing tonics. This helps the body absorb nutrients more effectively and reduces the chances of bloating or excessive internal heat.

That's why a one-size-fits-all confinement soup often delivers limited results.

True postpartum recovery isn't about drinking the same herbal soup throughout your confinement. Instead, the prescription should be adjusted according to your body's recovery at every stage.

顺产和剖腹产，补身方式真的一样吗？

很多新手妈妈以为，“坐月子”就是大家喝同样的汤、吃同样的药膳。其实，从中医调理的角度来看，不同的生产方式、身体状况和个人体质，调理重点也会有所不同。

🌿 **顺产妈妈**
生产过程中需要消耗大量体力，也可能伴随不同程度的失血，因此调理上会较注重补养气血、恢复体力与元气，同时观察恶露、睡眠、食欲及身体恢复情况。

🌿 **剖腹产妈妈**
除了经历生产后的气血消耗，也需要面对腹部手术伤口。因此，调理时除了帮助恢复体力，也需要兼顾伤口与组织修复，并根据恶露、肠胃功能及身体状况循序渐进地安排饮食和药膳。

产后调理并不是“补得越多越好”，也不是所有妈妈都适合同一套方式。若没有根据生产方式、恢复阶段和个人体质调整，可能达不到理想效果，甚至增加身体负担。

1️⃣ No consistent nursing team
If different nurses care for you every day, handovers may be inconsistent. You'll find yourself repeating your medical history, preferences, and concerns over and over again—making recovery even more exhausting.

2️⃣ Long wait times, week night support
Midnight feeds, crying babies, or postpartum discomfort require prompt support. Be sure to ask about the nurse-to-mother ratio and whether 24-hour nursing care is adequately staffed.

3️⃣ The photo don't match reality
Beautiful online pictures don't always reflect reality. Poor lighting, inadequate soundproofing, or cleanliness issues may only become apparent after check-in. Always arrange an on-site visit before deciding.

4️⃣ No regular Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations
