Tomorrow, participants will take on The IHH Sky Race | Merdeka 118, with IHH Healthcare Malaysia proudly serving as the Official Title Partner and Medical Provider.

As race weekend approaches, remember to fuel well, stay hydrated, and get a good night's rest. Every step of preparation has led to this moment.

Throughout the event, medical teams from Gleneagles Hospitals, Pantai Hospitals, and Prince Court Medical Centre will be on site to provide care, respond to emergencies, and help make the race safer for everyone taking part.

Our recent health talk at Persatuan Eng Choon Tangkak was an insightful session where Dr Tay Hui Sian, Consultant in Geriatric and Internal Medicine, shared valuable tips on healthy ageing, maintaining well-being and supporting a better quality of life.

The session also featured complimentary health initiatives, including basic health screenings for participants aged 50 and above, as well as skin and scalp analysis. ๐ŸŽโœจ
