Grateful to for the invitation to the Asia Regenerative Summit 2026. ✨

It was an inspiring opportunity to learn the latest advancements in Ellansé® regenerative aesthetics from leading experts from China and Taiwan while exchanging knowledge with fellow aesthetic doctors across Asia.

This lovely patient from Europe was visiting KL for vacation and somehow came across my videos while searching for aesthetic treatments online. Funny enough, she said she chose our clinic because I explained treatments in a very “serious” manner in one of the videos 😂

Maybe I should stop doing only funny videos and start behaving "seriously" online once in a while hahaha.

Her main concerns were facial sagging and thinning lips, which became more noticeable with age. We first did Ultherapy PRIME to lift and tighten the face naturally, and she was really happy with the improvement 👌

After that, we proceeded with lip fillers — and she repeatedly emphasized one thing:
“Doctor, I want it VERY natural looking.”
Challenge accepted 😎

As you can see from the before photos, her lips were thinner with visible fine lines and loss of definition. I actually injected only the RIGHT side first (upper and lower lips) so she could compare the difference herself before we continued.

For the upper lip, filler was carefully placed along the vermillion border to enhance her natural lip shape and curvature without overdoing it. I also supported the corners of the lips to create a subtle lifted, smiley appearance 😊

For the lower lip, we added slightly more volume to create better harmony and balance — that soft “golden ratio” look that still feels completely natural.
Once both sides were completed, she literally couldn’t stop smiling at herself in the mirror 🥹❤️
And the best part? She already told us she plans to come back again next year when she visits Malaysia 🇲🇾✨

We covered safe approaches to cheek, tear trough, nasolabial fold, and chin fillers, together with Botox for forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet 💉📚

Always rewarding to share knowledge and advance safe aesthetic practice together 🤝🌟

Grateful for the opportunity to share practical knowledge on aesthetic injectables and machines.

While I was teaching aesthetic techniques, I was also learning valuable life lessons from the senior doctors in the room 🫡🫡

Pleasure teaching an amazing group of doctors today in , sharing techniques and knowledge on filler injections. Always inspiring to see passionate clinicians committed to refining their skills and elevating patient care.

Teaching reminds me that growth in aesthetic medicine never stops — we learn, we practice, and we pass it on.

Wrapping up a productive week with a Sunday online lecture for 100 doctors in the MAC 1 program! 🎓✨

Today, we explored the Introduction to Lasers and IPL in Aesthetics, providing an in-depth overview of various laser technologies and their applications in aesthetic medicine. The session covered evidence-based approaches for treating conditions such as facial pigmentation, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, scars, vascular lesions, and hair removal.

It was a privilege to share insights and contribute to advancing knowledge in the field of aesthetic medicine.
