贴士 1
可以享用橘子、新年饼干和油炸小吃，但不要吃太多，因为吃得过多可能会导致喉咙痛或扁桃体发炎。

贴士 2
享用鱼类料理时要小心鱼刺，因为鱼刺可能会卡在喉咙或食道里。

贴士 3
如果你打算唱很多场卡拉OK，请务必多补充水分，可以喝温蜂蜜水，并让嗓子适当休息，以免失声或引发喉炎。

贴士 4
燃放烟花爆竹时，请不要站得太靠近，并记得捂住耳朵，以避免听力受损或造成耳膜穿孔。

Here are some tips to maintain your ENT health this festive season

Tip no 1
Enjoy your mandarin oranges, Chinese new year cookies and fried tidbits but do not eat too much, as eating too much may cause you to get a sore throat or tonsillitis

Tip no 2
Enjoy your fish dishes but beware of any fish bones as it may get stuck in your throat or food pipe

Tip no 3
If you plan to have many karoake sessions, please make sure you keep yourself hydrated, drink warm honey water and rest your voice to prevent from losing your voice and causing laryngitis

Tip no 4
When playing fireworks, make sure you do not stand too close and always close your ears to prevent going deaf or having a hole in your eardrum
