These signs may sometimes be related to strabismus, binocular vision problems, or reduced depth perception.

At William Optic, we’ve created this simple guide to the Worth 4 Dot Test to help explain how eye coordination is assessed.

This test helps us understand:

🔴🟢 Whether both eyes are working together
🔴🟢 Whether one eye is being suppressed

Some common signs to watch for include:
