fitSpi.rit believe in "Together Towards Natural Healing".
We want to acknowledge and recognize mental stress as a common issue in Malaysia.
We want to connect people to build a mental resilient and healthy Malaysia through positive social interaction and effective cognitive behavioural group therapy.
By stress releasing, interacting, understanding the story of others and digest the way to face mental stress, Malaysians can live in a better and healthier community, also lower down the suicidal cases in Malaysia.
We bring all the elements together in a digital online platform, to ease people achieving their needs despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
We also work with professional counsellors, psychologist and psychiatrist to support our customers' healing journey to achieve greater result.
