Anne Board of Directors under the patronage of His Grace, RT. Dato' Seri Sebastian Francis, DD Bishop of Penang. The establishement of the Centre was motivated by the parishioner of St. Anne's Church, Bukit Mertajam. A protem committee was formed in May 2002 to see to the running of the Centre. The financial aid of the centre is solely based on public donations. We have organised charity shows and

dinners for fund raising and written to charitable organizations or individuals for funds. You are welcome to donate to the Centre. The centre started operation with 6 dialysis machines from 9 August 2002 with 1 patient. In year 2008, the number of dialysis machines has increased to 13 and year 2011 increased to 18 machines. Each machine can treat 2 patients in a day. One for the morning shift and the other for the afternoon shift. The centre also keeps 2 dialysis machines for emergency use. At the moment, the Centre have 40 (2021)renal patients receiving treatment. They from different religious and racial backgrounds. The centre has also been granted tax exemption status. Therefore, those who are residents in Malaysia can request tax exempt receipt from the centre.
