6岁，有轻度自闭症，一年前在这做评估时诊断。
孩子今年一年级，不能和同学们一起上课，常常捣乱他人，妈妈带来复诊。

和妈妈的谈话除了讨论哥哥的治疗方案，还得知妹妹和哥哥小时候一样……

顿时不知怎么回应……

Spoke with a very soft voice
Cough ++
No fever
Still active

In clinic, child appeared quiet and spoke very softly.

Likely a throat infection affecting the voice box.

Nebulisation was given.

On review after treatment, child became talkative—almost finishing the whole story about an elephant 😊

That’s the joy of paediatrics!
