Attending a medical conference in Kuching was a meaningful experience for me. Kuching is a city where I once lived and studied, and returning after so many years brought back many cherished memories.
One of the most humbling aspects of being a doctor is recognizing that learning never truly ends. Medicine is constantly advancing, and it is our responsibility to continue learning new knowledge, skills and treatments so that we can provide the best possible care for our patients. Every woman is different. Her healthcare should be tailored to her individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
I am thankful for this opportunity to learn, reflect and grow. My hope is that through continuous learning and self-improvement, I can empower more women to take charge of their health and well-being and support them in living healthier, stronger, and more confident lives ❤️
