Sharing activities, such as distributing items to peers, help children build meaningful connections with others through positive social interactions. As children give and receive items, they become more aware of the people around them, learning to acknowledge peers, make eye contact, and respond appropriately during social exchanges. This activity encourages interaction awareness by helping children recognize that their actions affect others and that successful participation requires attention to their peers. Through these experiences, children develop a sense of belonging within the group, strengthen peer relationships, and improve their understanding of cooperation, turn-taking, and social engagement.
