📢 Important Notice: Service Tax (SST) Update

In accordance with the latest Service Tax requirements issued by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, effective on 1st August 2026, Elite Medicare Clinic will implement the required Service Tax (SST) on applicable healthcare services provided to non-Malaysian patients. This is a statutory requirement by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

What you need to know:
✅ Malaysian citizens are not affected.
✅ Doctor's consultation fees remain exempt from SST.
✅ Applicable healthcare services provided to non-Malaysian patients will be subject to 6% SST in accordance with the applicable regulations.
