要靠药物来平衡脑袋内的化学，才能平衡自己的情绪和思维！
情绪和思维才不会失控！！
头脑才会很理智的分别是非。
才能够做出对的选择！！

Mental health is very important.

A lot of people think 🤔 Mental illness means the person is crazy! Or 心理病 是他自己要想出来的！Or he just want to think about it, if he can stop thinking about it, it would be fine!!😱

All those Mental illnesses names ie schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar.....ect....
All mean ....their brain 🧠 thinking went wrong sometimes somewhere...!!!
You need to find out earlier and treat earlier...
