Knee pain during running doesn’t always mean your knee is ‘damaged’.

Most running-related knee pain happens when the training load increases faster than the body can adapt. Weak hips, poor strength, lack of recovery, or sudden mileage increases can all contribute to the pain.

Research also shows that recreational runners may actually have LOWER risk of knee osteoarthritis compared to inactive individuals.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you run it’s how your body handles the load.

And if you’ve already tried improving your recovery, sleep, nutrition, stretching, or even reducing your running load but the pain still keeps coming back maybe it’s time to properly assess the root cause.

Without mechanical loading, bone mineral density declines and muscle mass reduces over time. And slowly youll develop osteoporosis and sarcopenia.

So start exercising regardless of your body size
because being “skinny” doesn’t always mean healthy.

Train for strength. Train for longevity. Not just for how you look.
