今天课堂上带学生练习 Crow Pose，

我没有急着让大家“成功撑起来”，
而是再一次先让学生们理解：

在脚离地之前👉🏻你有没有建立好身体的连接？

👉🏻手掌会不会主动推地，肩膀有没有稳定，
👉🏻核心有没有参与，臀部有没有提上去

当这些能力都被建立起来，
Crow Pose就不再是一场“赌脚会不会离地”的挑战。

你会开始发现：
原来不是我突然变厉害了，
而是身体终于知道该怎么做。

这也是我一直很喜欢的教学方式。

不急着追体式，不靠蛮力和暴力对待身体
而是慢慢把身体能力，一点一点培养回来

身体准备好了
体式自然而来
