The yoga enthusiasts at this Saturday morning's weekly Chair Yoga class at our Family Wellness Club had a relaxing and uplifting workout, followed by some retail therapy 😃💃.. getting some good buys from new items donated to our Jumble Sale by Ms.Looi, our yoga instructor 🙏💖

New intake for this Chair Yoga class will start next Saturday, 4 July 2026.
