几块废纸箱 + 塑料尺，直接变成全场最火的“弹射投篮机”！😂
我们Staff真的超有心，用recycle材料手工做了这个小游戏。
原本还怕长辈们觉得太简单，结果球一放上去，
一个个手指头超有力，瞄准、弹射、进球，玩到不肯停下来！🤣
看到长辈们笑得像个小孩子，真的觉得护工们的所有心思都值了❤️

平时动一下都嫌累，一玩游戏起来真的比谁都积极啊！😂
Staff一喊：
🔴「Red！」🟢「Green！」🔵「Blue！」
长辈们一秒进入备战状态，
手啪啪啪拍下去，那个胜负欲直接拉满！🤣
虽然中间偶尔会拍错、然后自己笑成一团，
但看他们赢了跟Staff兴奋High Five的样子，真的太治愈了。
看到长辈们笑得这么开心，真的觉得一切都值得❤️

很多中风后的肩膀痛，其实不是“自然痛” 😢而是长期错误的拉、扶、坐姿造成的。

手没有力的时候，肩膀很容易被拉伤、卡住、发炎。

复健不只是练走路，保护好肩膀，把shoulder support 和Arm sling带好哦。 💪🧠

After stroke, shoulder pain is very common…But many times, it’s caused by wrong handling and positioning.

Shoulder support and arm sling remember to wear it properly ya . ❤️

为什么脚有力，还是一直跌倒？🤔

很多时候，不是没有力。

而是 Balance（平衡）跟 Coordination（协调）不好。⚠️

脚有力，不代表身体控制稳定。

Actually, strength and balance are two different things.

Many stroke patients still have muscle strength,but their balance and coordination are affected. ⚠️

很多人问我：
“小胖院长，中风后还有机会恢复吗？”

只要不是什么都不做 一定可以
只是恢复，不一定是一下子啊！

你知道有的人从不会坐，慢慢会坐。
从不能站，到慢慢能走几步。
有的人，连手都抬不起来，后来可以自己吃饭。

复健最怕的，不是慢。
是太早放弃。

身体，有时候比我们想象中还努力。 ❤️

A lot of families ask me:
“is there still a chance to recover after stroke?”

My answer is always:
Yes.
But recovery takes time.
Some patients slowly learn to sit again. Some go from unable to stand… to walking a few steps.
Some couldn’t even lift their hand before, but later can eat by themselves again.

The hardest part of rehab is not being slow.It’s giving up too early.
Sometimes, the body is still fighting harder than we think. ❤️

也许只是一个简单的小活动，
但对老人家的晚年生活来说，却是很温暖、很有意义的一刻。 🫶

看到公公婆婆们开心的笑容，
也温暖了我们忙碌了一整天的心 ☀️
