The Paediatric Cardiac Services of Hospital Sultan Idris Shah, Serdang (HSIS) proudly hosted the 5th Children's HeartLink (CHL) - Birmingham Children's Hospital (B*H) Training Visit from 26-30 January 2026, marking another major milestone in international collaboration for paediatric cardiac care.

Bringing together world-renowned experts and dedicated local teams, the week-long programme delivered advanced surgical interventions, intensive hands-on training, and multidisciplinary learning focused on complex congenital heart disease. From catheterisation workshops to bedside mentoring, heart dissection sessions, and rehabilitation and nursing workshop, the visit reinforced HSIS's commitment to excellence, innovation, and holistic care.

The CHL-B*H partnership continues to strengthen capabilities, inspire teamwork, and ultimately transform outcomes for children with heart disease across Malaysia.

Sorotan Majlis Sambutan Jelajah Wira MADANI 2025 dan Sambutan Hari Jantung yang disempurnakan oleh YB Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, Menteri Kesihatan pada 4 Oktober 2025 di Hospital Sultan Idris Shah, Serdang

Program ini menyeru orang ramai agar lebih peka terhadap kesihatan jantung — bermula dengan diri sendiri melalui amalan gaya hidup sihat serta pemeriksaan berkala bagi tujuan pengesanan awal bagi masalah penyakit jantung dan jantung kongenital bagi kanak-kanak dan mendapat rawatan segera.

Jelajah Wira MADANI 2025 yang turut diraikan merupakan komitmen Kerajaan MADANI dalam mengiktiraf wira-wira kesihatan yang sentiasa berbakti dan berjuang di barisan hadapan demi kesejahteraan rakyat.
