我們都有一個誤區,<靜坐>就是死死地坐著不能動,然後越坐越痛苦。
試試這樣做:
1)先稍微活動身體,讓氣血循環有比較好的流動,心跳&呼吸就會活起來。
2)坐下來後,調整好坐姿,就是意識好骨盆&脊椎到頸椎,到頭顱的順位。
3)可依圖中的動作,雙手提起拉伸,做3個深呼吸。
4)然後沉肩墜肘,好心安坐。
