“I was in so much pain last night, I’m glad I booked a session immediately.”

That was how Ainul felt when she came to see us.

Breastfeeding is often described as natural, but when every latch hurts, every feed feels overwhelming, and you start dreading the next feeding session, it can be incredibly isolating.

Together, we worked through the root cause of the pain, improved baby’s latch, and created a plan that worked for both mum and baby.

If you are experiencing:
• Painful breastfeeding
• Cracked or damaged ni***es
• Baby struggling to latch
• Concerns about milk supply or pumping

Please know that breastfeeding should not hurt, and you do not have to figure it out alone.

Thank you Ainul for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your journey ❤️

Breastfeeding with a fuller bust can feel tricky, especially when the breast feels heavy or keeps slipping out of position during latch.

The key is not to force the latch, but to support the breast and baby in a way that gives both of you more control and comfort.

A small positioning change can make a big difference.

If latching feels difficult, painful, or tiring, get proper support early. You do not have to figure it out alone.

“My baby wants to feed every hour. Do I have low milk supply?”

This is one of the most common questions we hear.

In many cases, the answer is cluster feeding, a normal behaviour that helps babies grow and helps your body adjust milk production.

If you are worried about your baby’s feeding pattern, weight gain, or milk supply, an assessment can help provide clarity and reassurance.

A jaundice baby can be extra sleepy, but that does not always mean baby is full. Sometimes, baby needs a little help to wake up and feed well.

Try this gently:
Unswaddle baby
Rub the back
Tickle the feet
Use a damp cloth to freshen baby
Express a few drops of milk near the mouth so baby can smell and taste it

Those tiny drops can be the little reminder baby needs:
“Milk is here. Time to feed.”

For jaundice babies, regular feeding is important, but if baby is too sleepy to wake, not feeding well, has fewer wet diapers, or jaundice looks worse, please speak to your doctor or lactation consultant.

Save this for those sleepy newborn feeds.

Yes, a mothers diet can gently flavour breast milk. This is usually temporary and does not mean the milk is bad. In many cases, it may even help babies become familiar with different flavours early on.

Every breastfeeding journey is different. If you are unsure whether your baby is reacting to something, get proper support before cutting out foods unnecessarily.

Choosing the right breast pump can make a huge difference in your breastfeeding journey 🤍

Not every pump works the same for every mom, and the “most popular” option may not always be the best fit for you.

In this guide, we share a few important things to consider before buying a breast pump:
✨ Your lifestyle and pumping frequency
✨ Comfort and fl**ge fit
✨ Portability and practicality
✨ Cleaning and replacement parts
✨ Budget, support, and long term use

A comfortable and suitable pump can help make pumping more effective, sustainable, and less stressful for moms 🫶

If you are unsure which pump is right for you, speaking to an IBCLC can help you avoid unnecessary trial and error.

Save this guide for later and share it with a mama who is preparing for her breastfeeding journey 💕
