Highlights from the Inaugral Presidents' Cup at MyAnaesthesia2026

The inaugural President’s Cup was a success! 🏆

For the first time at the MSA–COA Annual Scientific Congress 2026, junior doctors from across Malaysia came together to compete in the President’s Cup Basic Sciences Quiz Competition in Anaesthesiology.

Designed for medical officers and young doctors within five years of graduation, the competition tested core knowledge in physiology, pharmacology and anaesthesia equipment — the essential foundations of safe anaesthetic practice.

Five teams competed in an exciting live quiz format, showcasing not only knowledge, but also teamwork, composure and quick thinking under pressure.
