For the past few weeks, Iβve been observing my Moon placement and slowly noticing a condition I would call βover-compression.β
Whatβs interesting is how similar this feels to the opposite state of over-expressing the Sun.
When the Sun is over-expressed, it tends to overheat us, too much output, too much radiance, too much constant movement, until eventually the body and nervous system burn out.
But the Earth works differently.
The Earth grounds us. It brings us back home to ourselves. Yet when overused, grounding can slowly become compression:
* stiffness in the body
* rigidity in life
* emotional contraction
* losing natural flow
And today, that is exactly what I feel.
It made me realize something: the body was never designed to stay in one energetic state permanently.
Just like:
* day becomes night
* seasons continuously change
* tides move in and out
our inner energy also wants to move naturally.
Sometimes we are meant to express.Sometimes we are meant to withdraw. Sometimes we are meant to bloom. Sometimes we are meant to rest.
Perhaps balance is not about maintaining one fixed state all the time,but learning how to move with the rhythm without resisting the transition.
