Dear Mdm Orchid,
If baby has jaundice, the bilirubin will be removed from body through his poo poo and wee wee. It is not related to the type of milk that he is fed on.
That is why you should make sure baby feeding is adequate rather than changing formula milk or convert breastfeeding to formula feed.
